We have redesigned the way our Meat CSA program works to allow flexibility and much more variety!!  You may now select however many 5lb shares from the various types of meats that we offer. There is a minimum order of 10lbs per month or two 5lb shares. So for example, if you would like 10lbs of beef/month then you will purchase two 5lb beef shares.  If you would prefer a variety and you like chicken too then you can select one 5lb beef share and one 5lb chicken share.  For a real variety you might want to select three or four meats to make 15 or 20lbs/month.  Finally the flexibility to build your CSA exactly how you like it!!!

Wild Boar   $215

Lamb        $312

Bison        $217

If you purchase a 12 month share you will receive 5% off of these prices.

As a CSA member you are entitled to a 10% discount off of any of our products that you require over and above what you are entitled to through your membership.
